Paris is a city that should be appreciated with time. That’s why we offer a minimum stay of five(5) nights. However, occasionally we are able to accept bookings for fewer nights, depending on availability. To stay fewer than five nights please email us on our contacts page, and tell us when you would like to stay at Chez Claude. We’ll do our very best to accommodate you.

You can enjoy a stay at Chez Claude for €290 per night for 1 Master Bed, €310 per night for 2 Double Beds and for families €330 per night for 2 Double Beds and 1 Single Bed, enabling your children to have thier own beds.
The price includes a personal check-in, tour of the apartment, fresh linen and cleaning

25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable and is to be paid into the owner’s bank account on confirmation. The balance is required 2 months before your arrival at Chez Claude.

A ‘security deposit’ of €700 must also be paid in cash on arrival. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no damage to the apartment. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with Public Liability cover for each person.

Credit Card Payments

To pay by Credit Card a 5 % surcharge will be added to the rental price. Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
