Chez Claude is a grand Parisian apartment, right on the river. It's a home that's available for you to enjoy. Walk up a short flight of stairs and you'll find it conveniently located on the second floor.

The interior styling is a thoughtfully designed combination of traditional Parisian chic and the best of modern French design. It's a combination of the historic and the contemporary.

Chez Claude is elegant, spacious at 60 square meters, and practical - with an unmistakeable hint of Louis XVI in the detailing. It has all the modern amenities that you need. Chez Claude offers you a truly unforgettable stay.

Chez Claude’s French Manager Martine speaks good English and will welcome you. She lives nearby, and is available to make sure that your stay is everything you want it to be.

The Kitchen

If you love to cook you’ll love Chez Claude’s kitchen. It has everything you need. Along with all the utensils, there are gas hobs and an electric oven, a microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, espresso machine, toaster, electric jug kettle and dishwasher.

The local supermarket, Monoprix, is close by. Picard, (a store that’s become a French institution), specialises in high quality frozen food is also close by.

Alternatively, a visit to the nearby markets is a wonderful experience. If you love great food nothing quite compares with selecting the best fresh produce from a bustling Parisian market.

The Bathroom
The brand new bathroom is equipped with a high-pressure dual headed shower, modern hand basin and toilet. High-quality towels are provided. The laundry area is within the bathroom and has a large washing machine and separate clothes drier.

Sleeping

The beautiful bedroom offers absolute comfort with a high quality double bed, measuring 140cms x 190cm and large wardrobe. Bedding is provided, including pure cotton sheets. The bedroom overlooks a beautiful central courtyard, which is very quiet.

 

In the lounge a cleverly designed double sofa bed (with 14" thick mattress), located behind a drawback curtain (for privacy) gives you an extra bedroom at night.

 

An ingenious Bo Concepts fold-out bed means that Chez Claude can easily accommodate four adults or two adults and two children in absolute comfort.

The Lounge

From the beautiful wooden parquet floor to the high ceilings, the lounge of Chez Claude is spacious and elegant. It offers traditional Parisian ambience with a modern twist. A fine Louis XVI-style chandelier adds a perfect atmospheric touch.

Chez Claude’s lounge the ideal place to relax, read, or enjoy the superb views. The beautiful furnishings are by Roche Bos Bois. A bibliotèque contains ample reading material, including lots of guide books and French-themed books. You’ll also find lots of DVDs, again with a distinctly Parisian theme.

You may also want to simply spend a minute or two, which can turn into an hour or two, on one of the pair of bar stools, with bar leaner, and take in the quintessential Parisian view through Chez Claude’s high windows.

Essential Extras

Naturally, Chez Claude comes complete with The Essentials, at no extra charge: an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. The lounge has a 37' flat-screen TV and DVD recorder/player. Free channels include BBC1, 2, 3 and BBC News, ITV channels 4 and 5, CNN, Sky News and French Channels.Bring your IPOD and plug into our Bose stereo system.

There’s also a laptop with free unlimited high-speed internet access. The apartment also has a secure wireless network. Internet Phone-calls from the apartment to the USA, Canada, UK and the rest of Europe are also free.
